B4 Enterprise — Ümraniye, Istanbul

B4 Enterprise sits in Ümraniye within the Istanbul Financial Center corridor, with fast access to TEM and E-5. The tower provides 20 floors and approx. 26,000 m² of flexible office space. It follows LEED-oriented standards and is designed to the current Turkish earthquake code (TBDY) with full life-safety systems. The tenant mix is institutional and diversified—banking/finance, energy, industrial/automation, agri/chem, fintech, technology—including firms among the largest in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. USPs: strategic financial-corridor location, scalable floor plates, high building performance, and investor-grade governance driving stable occupancy and cash flows.

Within the Kalak&Bayson group, SEVENT Organizasyon (100% subsidiary) leads building management: integrated operations, HSE compliance, preventive maintenance, OPEX/CAPEX planning, SLA monitoring, tenant relations, and transparent monthly reporting to ownership—focused on operational safety, cost control, user satisfaction, and sustained value creation.

Germany's first licensed medical cannabis venture pioneering underground salt mine cultivation. The company operates 750 meters below ground, utilizing unique advantages: natural dehydration, pest-free environment, geothermal efficiency, and maximum security measures. Strategic partnerships with K+S (facility partner), Humboldt University (scientific), Vivantes (clinical), and Sanity Group (distribution). Hello From Tomorrow participated as early-stage investor at €20M valuation, with the company successfully completing an €18M Pre-Seed A round in 2025, demonstrating strong market validation and execution capability in regulated high-growth sectors.

We are delivering a 48-story luxury residential tower with club-level amenities, sky pool, and curated ground-floor retail—designed for long-term value, livability, and brand gravity.

Atem Networks - Berlin-based innovative charging & media infrastructure provider that developed technologically advanced infrastructure combining EV charging with DOOH advertising and edge analytics networks. The company identified synergistic potential between multiple fast-growing, network-based markets, establishing global infrastructure at highly frequented urban premium locations. Operating in high-growth sectors with DOOH advertising at 12% global CAGR and EV-Charging exceeding 22% CAGR, targeting a €3.5B serviceable market in EU/UK. The complete charging & advertising network was refinanced through digital media content while contributing certified green electricity for sustainable climate protection. The venture raised multi-million euro funding and successfully achieved a strategic exit.

ATEM NETWORKS

MEMBER is a next-generation community platform that connects creators and fans through interactive, tokenized engagement. Fans join invite-only groups, share content, and earn rewards for participation. The platform combines social interaction with monetization tools, supported by an open API that enables integrations with AI systems like ChatGPT and DALL·E, as well as third-party services such as Sportradar and Google Fit.

Hello From Tomorrow, led by Taner Kalak (Director of Commerce), contributed to the commercial development and go-to-market strategy of MEMBER, supporting product positioning, strategic partnerships, and the successful preparation for its global launch.

Nurol Tower — Şişli, Istanbul

Nurol Tower sits in Istanbul’s Central Business District on the Şişli–Mecidiyeköy axis, with direct access to metro and Metrobus links and quick connection to Büyükdere Avenue. The tower comprises 44 floors and roughly 74,000 m² gross floor area in a high-visibility location surrounded by finance, retail, and professional services. Sevent Org is acquiring and converting multiple floors into modern, ready-to-use corporate offices, combining contemporary workplace design with efficient building operations to shorten time-to-occupancy for enterprise tenants.

The scope includes flexible floor layouts for varied team sizes, upgraded building systems where required, and a single operational interface that covers design, fit-out, commissioning, and day-to-day services. Tenants benefit from strong transit connectivity, a central address for client access, and an ecosystem of established brands already in the tower, including Deichmann, Vatan Bilgisayar, and MOL Türkiye. With Nurol Tower, Sevent Org expands its portfolio in premium urban locations and deepens its focus on high-performance, tenant-ready workplaces that support stable occupancy and long-term value.
